It allows to use Stunnix Perl Web Server for a single application only. It also allows to ship Stunnix Perl Web Server with various forms of trial or demo versions of that application. Additionally no more than 2 editions that are non-trial of the application are allowed (e.g. Standard and Professional); if application has more than 2 non-trial editions (e.g. Standard, Professional and Enterprise) then purchasing additional license for Stunnix Perl Web Server for each 2 additional commercial editions of Application is required. If only trial/demo editions of applications are distributed with Stunnix Perl Web Server (e.g. if commercial editions use other web servers, or there are no commercial editions at all - i.e. in case Application is some form of freeware), then purchasing a Single Application License is still required.
If Application is available in several human languages, each localization of Application to each of the languages counts as a separate edition unless users are able to get localization of Application to other languages at no direct or indirect additional cost for them.
If Application is available for several Operating Systems, each "port" of Application to each of the Operating Systems counts as a separate edition unless users are able to get "port" of Application to each of the Operating Systems at no direct or indirect additional cost for them.
Single Application License allows to use Stunnix Perl Web Server for any number of versions of the application (e.g. version 1.0, 1.2, 2.0, 8.0).
The total number of users that can receive non-trial edition of Application can't exceed 200 (so if Application is distributed on a CDROM, no more than 200 CDROMs can be distributed by a holder of Single Application License). Purchasing additional Single Application License is required to increase this total number by 200 (another option is to purchase Unlimited Applications License and distribute product that uses Stunnix Perl Web Server to unlimited number of users).
It allows to use Stunnix Perl Web Server for any number of applications, distributed in any number of editions and to any number of users.
